Buyer wants refund after it was refunded twice
I have a problem with a buyer who purchased an item from me. It was shipped but only to be returned back to seller ,me. Because of an insufficient address. Refunded his money sent him many messages to call me to resolve this issue . No response only for him to repurchase item again after being told by message that it will be a waste of time cause of what already happened. So I shipped again after purchased again and now the package got to its destination,buyer. Knowing what he purchased now he wants to return shipped back to seller with a refund. As advertised no refunds on item I have for sale. What can I do bout the buyer? Some of his messages are not understanding seems to be a bit illiterate based on the msgs
