buyer wants refund 21 days after purchase
Buyer paid for my item 21 days ago. Arranged for a pick up. Still has not picked up the item and now says he found one cheaper and wants to be refunded. What are my options here? Thanks

Cancel the transaction … choosing ‘Buyer requests cancellation’.
No other real options.
