Buyer wants partial refund instead of return
How do I cancel a return that I've started and issue the partial refund.
My buyer wanted a partial refund and I clicked on the return link and am now stuck at the point where it wants me to enter a label. The buyer has contacted me via messages and wants to keep the item and would rather have a partial refund that we both agree to.
How do I get the return stopped and give the partial? The chatbot is no help it keeps me going in a loop.
