Buyer wants order canceled I have already purchased shipping
Bu buyer has request cancellation of item after I have already purchased shipping label and buyer did not send me a request through eBay just a message saying please cancel my items. I instructed them to go to their account and select the cancellation on their end so eBay would send me a message requesting cancellation do I get refunded for my shipping? If I cancel them, or if they cancel themselves, I get refunded my shipping label costÂ

The buyer can request a cancellation through messaging. (He can only do it through the order within an hour of purchase.) You'll find the Cancel order option in the Action dropdown next to the transaction in your Orders list.
