Buyer wants me to text text them and hasn’t paid
Buyer purchased a bag from me and their name says right in the line seller kindly text me. Have a feeling this is not policy AND I don’t want to give out my personal info. What should I do?
I’ve already to them they need to contact me thru eBay messaging and that I won’t give out phone number. Thanks

When a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".

Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:
https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock?
Set your buyer requirements to block buyers who caused cancellations of 2 unpaid purchases within 12 month(s).

·2 years agoThat is almost certainly a scammer. If s/he doesn't pay within 4 calendar days cancel for non-payment (option doesn't show up until the 4 days has fully passed, i.e. after the 5th midnight Pacific Time). Add him to your Block Bidder/Buyer List.
You can avoid non-paying buyers by setting your Buy It Now's to Immediate Payment Required, checking the box in your Buyer Requirement page to "Require buyers to provide a payment method before they make an offer" which does more than it says--it charges the payment method immediately when you accept the offer and contrary to the "i" information popup it applies to all buyers, and not using auctions (they experimented with applying the latter program to auction bids but seem to have given up on that). Be aware that the IPR BINs and Best Offer pre-authorization make combined shipping more difficult.
