Buyer wants me to cancel an order. They never paid, so what will my fees be to ebay?

Hi, wondering if anyone can help me out here. Buyer won an auction for my item at $185, then immediately asked to cancelðŸ™„. They haven't paid for the item yet. If I cancel the sale on my end, will I have to pay a "final value fee" to ebay for the listing? Just curious how much this is going to cost me.

Also, it was an auction item, is there any way the second highest bidder can win the auction? Or do I have to relist the item and start all over?

You will not be charged the final value fee if you cancel for your buyer.

After cancelling, go to your sold items and click on the actions next to that item. If the other bidders are interested, you will see the option to â€˜â€™send second chance offersâ€™.

When you cancel the transaction, you'll receive a fee credit.

Note that some buyers have turned off the option to receive second change offers, so if any of your other bidders have that option turned on, they will not be eligible to receive one.
