Buyer wants less expensive shipping.
I have an item listed that Buyer pays expedited shipping (USPS Priority).
A buyer is interested in saving money on shipping by using economy USPS Parcel Select Ground.
How do I send an invoice reflecting this cheaper shipping?
Directions tell me to find the item in "Seller Hub" or My eBay "Sold"
I haven't actually sold the item, so:
The item isn't in My eBay "sold"
I can't find the "Seller Hub"
What do I do??????

Mentor3 years agoRevise your active item to add the Parcel Select option. For example:
