Buyer wants item to ship to different address
The buyer wanted to know if the item can be shipped to a different address other than the one they have listed. Is this OK to do?

In order to keep your Seller Protections, you would need to Cancel the order as "buyer requested", then relist it for them to purchase again.
They must change the address during Checkout, before paying, to the address they want it shipped to.

No.
In order to keep you seller protection you must ship to the address provided by Ebay.
