Buyer Wants Item Sent to Different Address
I just sold an item. I was contacted by the buyer who said that they are unable to change their address on eBay and requested that I send the item to their new address.
What should I do?

Mentor2 years agoThe seller can Cancel the purchase with the reason Problem with buyer's address, relist the item, the buyer makes the purchase, and this time when the buyer goes to pay, s/he clicks that CHANGE option and types in the address s/he wants the item shipped to.
