Buyer wants full refund but won't send back entire items
Buyer received 8 track tapes. Said they were bad. Threw some away without taking pictures. Wants a full refund. This is not right!!!

Mentor4 months agoAll you can do is request that the buyer, if they are unhappy with the items, return them for a refund.
Tell them to open a return request with eBay.
If the buyer does not return the items, they do not get a refund.
