Buyer wants additional quantiy
Hi Ebay Mentors:
I am new to this. I do not want to get banned. Buyer asked for additional quantity. I have identical back stock. Client wants billed outside of ebay. What do I do?

eBay prohibits offering to buy or sell items outside of the platform. You cannot share or request contact information from other members before completing a transaction on eBay, as this exposes both parties to fraud and voids eBay protection programs. You also can't promote external websites for sales outside of eBay or use contact information obtained through eBay for off-platform transactions.
To stay covered by eBay protections and the Money Back Guarantee, complete transactions entirely on eBay. Use features like Best Offer, Seller Initiated Offer, or the Private Offer within eBay messages to negotiate and close sales.
For international sales, you and your buyers are responsible for complying with all laws related to the sale, purchase, and shipping of items, including export and import regulations. Protect buyer data by using personal information only for fulfilling transactions and erasing it promptly after.
