Buyer wants a return under false pretenses.
Hello, I have a buyer that wants a return and is accusing me of selling him a used part from a different model car that what was listed. It is an ebay motors listing. The part was send to me refurbished and had never been installed. In the buyers own words he installed off and on several times and now wants a refund for a part that is no longer in the same condition it was. I have no idea how to proceed with this. It was very clearly listed what year make and model the part was for. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
