buyer wants a return for a bracelet that she says doesn't fit too big
Item is described in inches. Buyer should know what size she needs. Why should Seller pay for return shipping for someone who doesn't know the length she needs ? Many items I've sold over the years have fell victim to eBays Auto returns policy.

Mentor2 years agoIf sold with free returns, it means yo pay for all returns, no matter the reason.
If the item had buyer paid returns, you accept all returns no matter the reason. She should select doesn’t fit as the reason for return. She will then pay the return shipping cost. If she told you it doesn’t fit, but selects not as described, you can report her for abusing the money back guarantee, and eBay will subsidize the return shipping for you, since you are top rated.
