Buyer wants a refund ,can't return the item.
Re: Buyer wants refund for a phone that he has sent to Guatemala.. Says phone isn't working and can't pay to have the phone returned to him. I was prepared to pay return postage and a refund, I can't do that until he gets the phone back. I feel the phone may have been damaged on its way from Miami to Guatemala.
