Buyer wanting to return a lot
Hi there, just looking for insight when a buyer bids on and wins a "lot" but complains about a few imperfections and wants to return it all, but I have a no return policy

If the imperfections were not disclosed, then the item is not as described. Your no returns does not apply to items not as described. You should ask your buyer to open a return request so you can have eBay issue a return label. Do not refund until you receive the return.
Or perhaps you would like to offer the buyer a partial refund - you can do that through the return request.
