Buyer wanted to upgrade shipping after printing shipping label
Buyer wanted to overnight package after purchasing and printing shipping label. Do I just need to cancel the one I printed and take to post office to have overnighht?

Buyers are not allowed to request a shipping method change after they pay for an item. They should have asked you before buying if you will add a new shipping method so they could pay for it. As it is you cannot bill the buyer for the overnight cost once they have paid for the shipping cost that was on the listing.
