Buyer wanted to exchange an item.
Buyer wanted to exchange an item. They issued a return request but wanted a replacement item rather than a refund. I shipped them the replacement which was satisfactory. Now Ebay has automatically refunded them from my funds, so they got a free item and I get nothing.
