buyer want to return a software program after 2 months and my return policy is 14 days?
The buyer purchased QuickBooks software in November and now wants to return it, saying it is not compatible with her system. Do I refund the buyer even though my return policy is 14 days? The buyer bought the program on Nov.19th,24. The program is authentic, and it can be downloaded without having to use the Adobe Flash player. I sent links to buyer on downloading alternatives that work without having Flash player being the only source.

Mentor1 year ago@musicalmathers. Your return policy is for buyers remorse onl.y.... changed mind, found a better price, etc
The eBay money back guarantee is 30 days from the date of delivery. You said it was sold on November 19th. What was the delivery date as it hasn't been 2 months.
The eBay money back guarantee is 30 days from the date of delivery.. This means that you can deny the return if the buyer has had it more than 30 days. There's a small chance that they will try a credit card charge back, those are hard to win.
The ebay money back guarantee over rules your return policy, just an FYI for future reference.
