Buyer want ti return damage item
A buyer bought a 1 oz silver pamp suisse lunar dragon with an intact cover assay. He received it on March 10, 2026. He filed a return on March 20 and he said that the assay on the silver bar was off and that I sold him a defective item. I wrapped the item with a small ziplock then I bubble wrapped it, then I taped it all around covering every inch of the bubble wrapped. Then I packaged it on a bubble envelope. I also taped it, making sure that there is no hole on it. Then the buyer wants to return me a silver bar that was totally out of its assay cover. On the side of the assay, you can see a dent mark that it was deliberately peeled off. I never sold a damage item.
