Buyer using "item not as described" unethically for return purposes
What options do I have as a seller when the buyer asks for a return saying the item was not described properly, yet the issues he brought up are clearly in both the description and the pictures? It seems like this return option forces the seller to have to accept the return despite the buyer lying. If someone knows all they have to do is say the item is not as described, they get an automatic refund. What protections are there for the seller in this situation?

1) Accept the return and issue the label
2) When the item is returned, inspect it
3) Block the Buyer https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock
4) Report the buyer for misusing the Money Back Guarantee here if appropriate: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/resolving-buyer-issues/reporting-issue-buyer?id=4084
5) Issue a refund
6) Appeal the case to eBay

Get the item back, hopefuliy unmolested and resell it.
