Buyer used my label to return just a bike seat and kept the bike and get refund for fraud
I had a buyer that bought the bike July 28 th and complained the old crappy seat was broke I offered them new seat, cash or return label for bike and sent it and then they didn’t respond for weeks and cased was closed sept 4 th somehow buyer got case opened sept 9 th and lied all was sent back but they sent my shipping label back with just the cracked beat up 40’year old seat. I had offered new seat or total refund or some cash again . Buyer never responded and now told eBay they sent shipping label back Aug 28 th which only had broken seat in box and no bike. eBay thought they returned label so bike must have been returned and buyer misled eBay and granted refund to buyer after case was closed sept 4 th and I never got the bike returned.
I have appealed and let eBay know the buyer is shady and never responded for 3 weeks and didn’t send bike back with label just the seat
