Buyers can file a Return Request up to 30 days from date of delivery.
If the buyer filed the return request after 15 days from date of purchase, how could they have used it for 3 weeks?

yes, inquired thru ebay. why haven't buyer opened request earlier.
item was working, evidently, and he wants to return, after 3 weeks, because it no longer works.

Mentor3 years agoAccept the return. ebay offers a Money Back Guarantee if buyer files a case within 30 days of receipt of the item. You will be paying for the return shipping label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to you, you have 2 days to refund the buyer.
