Buyer used friegth forwarding and ebay is still expecting me to pay the refund? Help please?
The buyer asked for the product to be sent to florida which I happily did so. Then after he ships the product out the country he decides he doesn't want it anymore and expects me to pay customs with full return benefits and return shipping from the florida address. Ebay said that beings it was under frieght forwarding I was not subject to refund any money but I keep getting messages from ebay customer service to pay the amount due.

Did the buyer open a dispute to get a refund? Do you know if the item was delivered to the buyer's country? It sounds like your buyer found out from their freight forwarder or their country's customs dept. that there was a high tariff or customs fee due, and that's why the want to cancel the transaction.
That would make the return a Buyer's Remorse reason, and they are responsible to pay for the return shipping, whether from Florida if the item is still there or from their country if it was already shipped to them. Since the item was shipped to a domestic location they are responsible to pay for returning the item directly to you.

How did you ask ebay about the freight Forwarding issue? What messages are you receiving saying you need to pay he amount due? Take and post a screen shot of the customer service pay the amount due message.
