Buyer used a U.S. address for an item that eBay then shipped overseas without consent
Greetings, I truly need some help. I never ship outside the U.S., no exceptions. A month ago I shipped an item to a U.S. address. A month and one day later I receive a negative feedback for a very broken item. I reviewed the order and it went to Germany, via eBay, without my knowledge or knowing how this could even happen. I packaged the item for a 3 day ship within the U.S., not a month long vacation to Germany. Does anyone know how this could have happened or be allowed? I also asked her to remove the negative feedback as I was mislead and in no way responsible for this disaster, and so far it is still there. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.

If this is for the box you received a negative for, in your response to the negative, you said the sale was through eBay International Shipping. So you should have known when you shipped it to the eBay hub in the U.S, that it was going overseas.
Be that as it may, if this item arrived safely at the domestic hub, but then was damaged at delivery overseas, eBay should have you covered.
I would contact eBay for Business on Facebook to have them review this transaction. Give them time to respond. They will ask to verify your account and will need the eBay transaction number. Best of luck.
