OP9 months agoThank-you for your time to answer!!I appreciate it :0) I have Been selling on Ebay over 23 years and have never had a negative feedback yet!!!! she is welcomed to return the item But the jacket is as described. AND SHE SAID THAT SHE IS GOING TO PUT A RETURN ON IT. so I am just waiting on that I though DID described the jacket correctly. No biggie but I HATE to be blamed on something that clearly was the buyer's fault and she didn't read the description !! So I don't fill like I should pay a return when it wasn't my fault :0)

I understand how you feel, and congrats on so many years neg free. That is quite an accomplishment, especially selling clothing. I had my share over the years.
Sometimes you just have to bite your tongue and say sorry, even when you know you are right. I am not a believer in ‘the customer is always right’, but you have to act like you are ðŸ˜

Just to add...
To have included the word "Child's" in front of the size in the title, the buyer would be more likely to see it. Buyers can barely find the description these days as eBay has stacked so many competing ads above it.

I looked at a few of your listings, and they all accept returns. If the item was sold with returns accepted, that means you accept all returns, no matter the reason.
So the only question is the reason for return, which determines who pays the shipping.
I would ask the buyer to open a return request. Let her select the reason. If she selects not as described, you will pay the return shipping. After refunding, you can report the buyer’s abuse of the money back guarantee. Since you are top rated, eBay will credit your account for $6 to partially pay the shipping, and protect you from any neutral or negative feedback. They will also remove the claim from your service metrics.
