Buyer unhappy with purchase
Sold boots to buyer. The size was on the store tag and the inside of the boot. Both were pictured on the listing. Buyer has now contacted me a month later stating "that IS NOT the correct size. NEED FEEDBACK" is how he communicated. What should I do in this case?

Mentor10 months agoI always respond kindly with "If you are unhappy with your item, please open a return request and return the item in the same condition as purchased, Thank you"
