Mentor1 week agoeBay policy is that the buyer cannot be asked to pay anymore for the item and shipping than what was shown on the listing when they purchased the item. If you made a mistake when making the listing you have to assume the additional cost.

Mentor1 week agoThe buyer pays item price + shipping as stated in the listing + sales tax. You are responsible for entering the correct weight and dimensions of the package, so ebay can calculate the shipping from your zip code to the buyer's zip code. If you make an error in supplying that information, YOU are responsible for paying the difference. You cannot ask the buyer to pay more than what is shown on the listing.
