Buyer Unable to Make Offer
I had negotiated a price for my item via a message to save on back and forth negotiating and the limited quantity of offers. Once the price was agreed upon the buyer said they are unable to submit any offers at this time and that I need to just reduce to the agreed upon price.
I’ve never heard of buyers not being able to make offers so just want to make sure something fishy isn’t going on before I reduce the price of my item.

Do you have the Best Offer option available on your listing page?
Buyers can only make up to 3 offers on an item. (except 5 offers in vehicles categories)

OP2 years agoI do have 'Best Offer' selected and other buyers have been able to submit offers on the item.

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible your buyer has 2 unpaid transactions, and you have blocked buyers with 2 or more unpaid transactions?
