Buyer trying to scam me
This buyer asked me to change the address because she has moved and like an idiot I did and I have gotten no help from eBay and buyer isn’t answering of course can you guys tell me what I can do

Was the message from your actual buyer? If not, and the item was expensive, you might be able to intercept the package at a cost if it is not too late.
If the message was from your actual buyer, there is a chance that the buyer is not a scammer, but actually did need a change of address; as long as the buyer does not file an "item not received" case, you should be OK.
