Buyer trying to return software
Never installed before, new open box, original owner. eBay buyer claims he couldn’t install it and wants a return two weeks later. Sounds like a scam and that he got what he needed and now wants to return it. Any advice?

Mentor2 years ago@toddsmodbar do you have free retrun shipping? if not then you will have to accept the return and issue a full refund then open an appeal.
