Buyer trying to return item
A buyer asked me several questions about the card I was selling. I answered all of his messages. Then, he asked me to post additional photos. I did. After that, he bid on the auction and won it. He paid and I shipped immediately. Once he received the card, he changed his mind. Now, he's claiming the quality of the card isn't good enough. It was exact pictures of the card and it isn't worth anywhere close to the other cards I plan on selling. It's just an uncommon. It's not rare or ultra rare, so I posted some pictures at a low price thinking nothing of it. I put no returns on the listing because I'm moving and I can't accept returns at the moment. I've had my ebay account for 18 years and I've never been in this situation. He changed his mind. He knows he got the card in my photos. Now, he's acting like I'm scamming people on uncommon cards. It simply isn't true. My P9 cards are worth over 15 times the value. I was just selling a few uncommon cards and didn't know this would happen. I used the TCG grading guide. I usually sell things at floor price, so I never get return requests. Any advice? How should I handle this situation? Will ebay side with him regardless? How long does this refund process take? How much does the buyer and seller lose when returning an item, such as return shipping cost? Thanks
