Buyer trying to return different item
We fully tested this item and it worked 100% when we shipped it. Also, the customer's picture includes a figure that was not in our set. We believe he is sending us back a defective product that is not the one we sold. We request a review to see that it has a different figure and is not what we sold.

If the Seller returns an item that you did not send or has damaged what you shipped thus changing its condition some of the eBay Seller Protections may apply: Seller protections | eBay
Before issuing the refund use the Report Buyer link on the transaction to alert eBay of an issue with the Buyer.
