Buyer Threatening Negative Feedback
I have been selling on ebay for over 20 years now, and this never happened to me until the last couple of months. Twice now I have had buyers threaten me with negative feedback if I do not give them a refund WITHOUT returning the item. Everyone has their own policy, but I have an open return policy - I will accept a return for ANY reason, but the item MUST be returned first.
Both times I have patiently explained that I would be happy to refund the purchase, but the item MUST be returned first. Neither buyer has taken me up on it.
Sound like extortion to me.

Mentor10 months agoFeedback extortion is not allowed and ebay will remove the feedback when reported after viewing the message from the buyer. Stick to your policy, no refund if no return.
