Even though you listed the item with a No Returns policy, you have to accept a return if an item is not as described, damaged, not working... etc. because of ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG)

Because the item was listed as New which on ebay means
"New: The brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item is in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable)".
If the buyer has filed an item not as described dispute you need to send them a return shipping label and when you receive the item back issue them a full refund. to learn how to do that open the link below.
