Buyer thinks item in the listing isn’t what he bought but it is
Hello, I sold a textbook on here and accidentally put the wrong ISBN in the description, however, the photos of the textbook in the listing show the textbook’s true ISBN on it. The buyer bought this book, seeing the photos of the book with its true ISBN on the back cover of the book. Everything went smoothly until he reached out to me saying it was not the book he ordered because he was looking for the other ISBN that was in the description and not the one on the back of the book. I copied the ISBN in the description from another seller who was selling the same exact book, so this is a common mistake, since both ISBN’s lead to the same textbook, just different art on the covers. The actual textbook content is the same. This actually happened to me in the first place when I originally bought the book on eBay, though I didn’t complain about it since it’s the same book at the end of the day. I explained to the buyer what I am sharing on here and told him that he bought the book shown in the listing and that is exactly what I sent. I also don’t do refunds. He wants me to send my address to him over messages so he can send the book back to me and then he’s telling me to issue a refund to him and sell the book to someone else. It’s worrying because I’m scared he’s trying to scam me. What should I do?
