Buyer theft false claim fraud stolen money stolen product
buyer compliments cards picks out three of 83 to complain about after complimenting I tell him I'll replace them he then requests a refund through eBay he's denied I I end up in the hospital he contacted Bank disputes the payment he insisted on paying hasn't returned my cards I had no way to dispute his already denied dispute does it happen more often than not and since it's $900 can I call the feds and have him arrested for fraud theft why did you get the money back and keep my 83 cards if I do get the cards back what if he destroys them I have pictures and proof that they were in good condition when I sent them but obviously none of that matters because I can't even call me back after they told me to contact my bank and have them contest the amount they're trying to take and then turn around and eBay says we won't take the money now they're trying to take the money out of my available funds
