buyer that refuses to pay after winning auction
Item was described as for parts or restoration in the listing , as well as multiple photos to thoroughly show the items ripped ring strap. After buyer won the auction buyer began messaging me about the condition of the item. As though they did not read the listing in its entirety or examine all photos . This Buyer has compromised my auction . I wld like any and all in put from the ebay community thank you

We often see that Mobile App buyers fail to view the item description because it is another page away. The best way to avoid misunderstandings is to include more information in the title. Your title is quite short and has plenty of room to describe the broken strap. The condition says "used". The Condition Description field was not utilized to mention "damaged" or "for parts".
You are also not allowed to make the disclaimer "Don’t know much about handbags if it’s real or knock off". If you list it, it is assumed to be real. Counterfeits are illegal and are not allowed on eBay.
You can not force a buyer to complete a purchase. If I were in your position, I would ask the buyer if they want to cancel, and would then cancel the sale at buyer request. You could make a second-chance offer to the next highest bidder, after informing them of the damage.
Otherwise, the buyer has four days to pay. On the fifth day, you can cancel the sale for non-payment and relist with more information. The non-paying bidder will receive a strike on their account.
