I sold two auctions to a buyer, to whom I sent an invoice with combined shipping. The buyer contacted me and said she got two invoices, and paid once through PayPal and once using a credit card. Now they want me to refund one of the payments but I did not get paid twice. I don't think I can simply cancel on of the payments. If I cancel the auctions, they will get a refund but I don't see how that helps. Does the buyer need to do something on their end about the two payments?
