Buyer supplying shipping account to seller
Hi, I'm purchasing a large item from a seller, which will require shipping. I'm supplying the seller with a FedEx account number. Ebay is requiring the seller to issue a new invoice to include shipping. Until that happens, I can't complete the purchase. Is there a way to by pass the shipping invoice since I am supplying the seller a courier account?

If not seller just needs to send an invoice for shipping with a zero cost.

OP8 months agoThanks for your response. Yes, this was originally a pick up only. To protect both parties, I was refunded from the first purchase. The item was re-listed with shipping. Thank you for your suggestion. I'll let the seller know.

Mentor8 months agoNO you have that backwards, it should have been left as pickup only. You then provide the pick confirmation code to the seller for your transporter to pickup the item. Seller should not be using your service otherwise to maintain protection and control of the shipment. However, if you trust each other and nothing goes wrong you both should be ok. Make sure seller knows to manually mark it shipped and upload the tracking number.
