Buyer still wants item but it was returned due to wrong shipping address
Buyer hasn't been on eBay for a while. He didn't update his address. He contacted me requesting that I ship the item to his current address. I did receive the item back as Return to Sender. Buyer is willing to pay to reship the item. I don't want to end up with a false claim that the item wasn't received. How do I protect myself? Are the messages enough? Refund & repurchase? Would I be out extra eBay fees as well?
