Buyer still shopping

Hi, I am expecting payment for my auction and it says buyer is still shopping and I won't get paid until March 29th. How is this right? Is there any way to get payment sooner? Thanks

If you have opted into the autopay option, but you also allow combined shipping, then the buyer can select the option to continue shopping to take advantage of your combined shipping. If you do not want to give the buyer extra time to make multiple purchases, you can either opt out of auto pay or change your shipping preferences to not allow combined shipping.
