Buyer stating she received one item but not the other (when packaged inside of ea other)
Looking to see what others would do in this case.
1. I don't have a store, so this is not a business, or I would take the stance of the customer is always right.
Would you try maybe a partial refund? Or ask Ebay to get involved? As its hard but I know that they were sent together and obviously she received one of the items so I don't think a claim can be made with the carrier.
Or stranger things have happened I guess, who knows.
Thoughts, suggestions, all are welcome.

Mentor2 years agoI'm sure you must have already told the buyer that the one item was packaged inside the other, right? Is it possible it fell out when s/he removed the packaging? You can tell the buyer to file a Returns Request for a full refund, and you will refund when the item is returned, or the buyer might accept a partial refund if you don't wish to pay return shipping. Your choice.
