buyer stating item not received. Tracking shows delivered
Buyer has opened a case stating item was not received. I tracked the item and it shows delivered. I immediately contacted the buyer and asked him to confirm his address as item shows delivered. This was 2 days ago and I have not heard back from him.
what are my next steps?

Mentor7 months agoMake sure you enter the tracking number in the case.
At that point, as long as you shipped to the address in the payment notice that eBay gave you, then you just need to wait it out. It will time out and close with no refund or defects for you.
You should not lose this case if it shows delivered as that is part of seller protection.
