How do I ship to a buyer who states this and gave me no address for CVS.

A message from the buyer

UPS does not deliver to my address, so I am specifying the local UPS Access Point at CVS Pharmacy. Thanks in advance for careful no-break packaging. Harry.

They cannot pay for an item without giving an address to ship to. You must send to that address to keep your seller protection so you cannot change the address given to another address.
