Buyer states they didn't receive both items
Buyer is brand new and made the account the day of their purchase. Ordered 2 of the same item. We packed and shipped both in the same packaging. Buyer is claiming only 1 of the item is in the packaging and wants to know where the other is. We asked buyer for a picture of the packaging and shipping label for records as USPS put the weight of the package on the label (8 oz and it would show 4 oz if it were just 1) conveniently customer claims child threw package away. Our inventory matches that 2 of the items were shipped but unsure how to handle this with ebay.
Not saying a new customer is always a scam or saying that we didn't make a mistake but with the systems we have in place and records we have we feel its clear that 2 of these items were shipped at the same time.
