buyer states not as described.
Hello. I just had a buyer issue a dispute against me for "Item not as described". Its a $300 sealed Lego set. They did not contact me first to give a reason or let me know what the problem was. I messaged them to let them know I will help but need to know what was wrong. So far no responce. What is concerning to me is they just joined Ebay right before they purchased it. Ebays automated chat system is down so Im seeking help. Where do I go from here, Thank you.
