Buyer stated 2 of 3 bobbleheads were received damage. Buyer stated they sent pics, no pics received
A buyer purchased 3 used bobbleheads from me. They stated 2 of the 3 received had broken feet. I asked for pics of the damaged bobbleheads (I shipped these very carefully with tons of bubble wrap). The buyer kept replying they sent the pics in message, no pics received. They also asked for my personal number to send pics, I stated as a seller contact needed to stay within Ebay. I offered a full refund if they can send me pics of the damaged bobbleheads, reply was "pics sent" with no pics received in message. I ended up reporting the convo and asking Ebay to assist buyer with submitting pics. What would you do in this situation?

Mentor2 years agoAsk the buyer to open a not as described return for each item. They will have to load a photo into each return in order to submit the request.
