Buyer started a return then closed it
I sold an item, shipped, and it was delivered. Buyer started a return giving the statement "changed mind" then stated clicked on wrong offer. EBay has held the money. I have not received the payment. Now buyer posts positive feedback about the item. How do I find out if I get my money from eBay? I've never had a buyer start a return (I actually have had only a couple of returns over the years) then close it. I'm not sure whether they changed their mind about buying the item or about returning it. Are people actually scamming refunds? This is incomprehensible to me. Been a seller off and on for 20 years with a 100% rating. Any explanation? or help?

Mentor2 years agoSounds like buyer decided to keep it and cancelled the return, he can not reopen it. Check the payment status here:
