Buyer started a return over a DVD case, now threatening Neg FB if I do not send a refund.
I sold and shipped a DVD for $30
Immediately after it was delivered, the buyer sent a random pic of a broken case.
they wanted a full $30 refund.
In the pic you cannot even tell if it is the item I sent
Buyer is also a reseller on here . Refuses to acknowledge the issue and told Me this morning, I was in for a "Very Bad Review" if I did not send a refund.
I feel this is a scam they have gotten away with before.
Do I trust eBay case review to see this for what it is?
or should I just issue the refund, block buyer and move on?

Mentor3 years agoTell buyer to return it for a refund. Or if you think it is reasonable, offer a partial refund to cover the crack.
You also can report the buyer for feedback extortion and ebay will remove any negative feedback.
