Buyer star a "Transaction not recognized"
hi there
I've been been receiving multiple disputes for "Transaction not recognized" from buyers after the item is sent, due to the nature of the item, it can't be returned (buyers know that)
now I have multiple open disputes cases and my funds are on hold, anyone has experience on this ?
is this fraud from the buyers side or its a mass identity theft?
am I as a seller responsible for buyer identity theft?
